There are a total of 3 shelters on the site with a total of 15 sleeping places. It is only possible to reserve this one shelter in advance.
The site is located in a beautiful natural area by the Skive/Karup River. The shelter has a large floor area of about 6x3 meters. However, there is only a small opening in the middle of the front. There is access to the river from the site - you can find the fishing regulations on skive.dk/fiskeri. At the site, there is a dry toilet, horse pen, 2 fire pits, and several picnic tables. Behind the shelter lies a beautiful heath, and there is a marked path connection that leads walkers/riders from Skive-Karup River, via Skive Plantation, all the way up to Skive or to Flyndersø if you walk across the river towards the west.
