Short running route of 2.1 km where you can find your fitness level. At the Health Trail, there are signs that tell you how to find your fitness level.
The Health Trail is marked with red dots on the trees and signs every time you need to turn.
A varied trip through deciduous and coniferous forest. On part of the route, you will run on the old parforce hunting roads established in the period 1670-1680 by Christian V.
Find your way:
On Overdrevsvejen, between Købehavnsvej and Kongensvænge, there is a parking lot (Glarmestervej). From the parking lot, follow the path into the forest, where there is a picnic house. Here, the Health Trail starts and ends.
