Your fitness is one of the most important factors for your health.
You can test your fitness by walking or running the route on the health track. At the starting point, there is an information board that provides relevant information about the health track. Follow the instructions and find your fitness score (see the link).
There is easy access from Præstegårdsvej, and parking at the forest playground.
The health track has been established by the Nature Agency, Blåvandshuk in cooperation with the Running Group in Oksbøl and Varde Municipality.
