The route starts at Nordals Sports Center and follows the paths around Nordborg Lake and continues along gravel and asphalt roads to Havnbjerg Forest. From here, the terrain ascends towards the hill with Havnbjerg Mill and Havnbjerg Church. The return trip to the Sports Center is flat and goes along the paths by the Golf Course.
