The route starts at Nordals Sports Center and follows the paths around Nordborg Lake. From here, the route continues along gravel and paved roads to Havnbjerg Forest and then to Havnbjerg Beach. From Karlsminde, the terrain rises over Elsmark/Elsbjerg to the hill with Havnbjerg Mill and Havnbjerg Church. The return trip to the Sports Center is even and follows the paths along the Golf Course.
