Silkeborg City Tour (7 km)

The tour starts and ends at the Silkeborg Trail Center. From here, it goes past the arboretum, where you can explore among trees and plants from North America, Europe, and Asia. Afterward, the route continues along paths through the beautiful area by Brassø and along Remstrup Å.

The tour continues past Indelukket and Museum Jorn, before you follow small residential streets under the railway bridge and further towards the harbor. From here, you cycle past the pedestrian street and the old paper mill, which tells the story of the city's industrial roots.

The rest of the tour features several gable paintings and the possibility of a detour to Odden. The route also passes the former Silkeborg Art Museum and the old Silkeborg Bathing Establishment before concluding at the Silkeborg Trail Center and Aqua aquarium and Zoo.
