The tour starts and ends at Maribo Tourist Office in the center of Maribo. Here you will find a range of options for shopping, accommodation, and dining.

The halfway point of the tour is the birdwatching tower at Røgbølle Sø with a wheelchair-friendly observation point as well as tables and benches where the packed lunch can be enjoyed.

Between Søndersø and Røgbølle Sø lies the idyllic Søholt Manor with an interesting baroque garden built in French style, which is certainly worth a stop. Søholt Manor offers guided tours with options for light refreshments.

On the way back, the route goes past the Nature School, with a fantastic view over Søndersø, and further along a beautiful nature path to the Open Air Museum, where you will find a Naturlandet Info point.
