Tørringbanen 3rd stage - approx. 8 km

This bike route is one of 9 stages that follows the track of the Tørring Line and its branch Rask Mølle-Hjortsvang as closely as possible. The route mostly follows paved roads, but also occasionally comes into contact with gravel roads and paths.

The bike routes are designed as round trips that both follow the tracks and venture into the landscape to interesting places with stories about people and life during the railway era.

Parking in Flemming along the road by the station. The route first goes south, visiting the impressive Klaks Mølle, located where Møllebæk meets Gesager Å and together they form Bygholm Å. After that, up to Vrønding and a trip past the well-preserved Vrønding Station and around the town. On the way back to Flemming, the journey goes along Vrøndingvej. The tracks ran close north of the road and into the town, where Flemming Station is located and where the large dairy, feed store, and boarding school were established.
