The Manor Route: Odense - Kerteminde (stage)

You can look forward to exceptional nature, a couple of good hills, and idyllic village atmosphere on this stage. The stage is 58 km long and you will encounter a few good climbs along the way at Munkebo Bakke and respectively Stubberup and Måle on Hindsholm. The rest of the stage is relatively flat. The stage is primarily on paved roads. If your legs have become too tired, you can conveniently take a shortcut via the regional route 42 between Tårup and Kerteminde. However, you will miss out on beautiful Hindsholm, but instead gain a view of Sybergland and arrive faster, as you save 25 kilometers on your legs. The stage is part of the Herregårdsruten, which consists of 660 km of the most beautiful kilometers that Funen and the Islands have to offer. You will encounter sights in abundance, beautiful nature, charming towns, delightful places with both wet and dry treats for your palate, and not least, historic manors.
