Cycling: Fjellebro Route

From Fjellebroen Harbor, the route goes through agricultural landscapes, where you are accompanied on the way by the song of larks and pass through small forests with a rich variety of flowers.

On the way down to Ballen Harbor, the route follows the tunnel valley Syltemade Ådal, which has slopes up to 20 meters high with springs and a rich wildlife. It is possible to take a hike in the valley, which is grazed to promote the many different flowers that are adapted to meadow areas. Enjoy the view over the Øhavet and the wildlife of the salt marsh.

From Ballen, the valley is followed north to Vester Skerninge, where supplies can be purchased. From Vester Skerninge, the old tracks of the Svendborg – Faaborg railway are followed to Ulbølle. Take a detour into Ulbølle Church, which has been restored with bold new colors.

From Ulbølle, the beautiful avenue is followed most of the way to Fjellebroen Harbor.
