This tour west of Randers first leads along the Gudenå River through the natural area Vorup Enge and past Fussingø Castle with the idyllic Fussing Lake, before reaching the protected natural area Læsten Bakker, where animal and plant life is incredibly rich. You can experience the birds, animals, and plants up close because there are several public paths through the area, and there is also a pedestrian tunnel that allows observation of the animals without disturbing them. It is a good idea to bring a packed lunch that you can enjoy while taking in the views of the beautiful landscape. The return trip to Randers goes through Fårup and Bjerregrav.
