Panorama route no. 406 - 21 km

This magnificent bike ride can start anywhere, for example, at Filsø Avlsgård. Previously, there was a large farm by Filsø. A major restoration project around Filsø has provided nature lovers with a truly special excursion spot, and today everyone can enjoy that the lake is back with magnificent natural experiences.

Filsø is now Denmark's sixth largest lake, and the area offers beautiful and truly unique nature. Here you can get close and observe many birds, for example, from the bird towers in the area or out on the Filsøelipse.

The route goes over the dam between Mellemsøen and Søndersøen, with enormous bodies of water on both sides, and continues through agricultural land.

When you reach Blåbjergvej, you will experience a completely different nature. Here you meet Blåbjerg Klitplantage, where the hills become steeper, but the view is exceptional. You can, for example, take a break and enjoy the view over the dune plantation at Blåbjergstenen. The stone is located at the top of the dune, which, at 64 meters above sea level, is Denmark's highest located dune. If you want more action, some of Denmark's best mountain bike trails are also located here.

On gravel roads and through open expanses, the route goes back towards Filsø Avlsgård. If you have become hungry along the way, you can make a quick stop by Henne Strand, where you will find lovely restaurants and cafes.
