The MTB trail has been named the Devil's Trail at the request of the Mountain Bike Club "Snakecity Devils". The Devil's Trail is 13.8 km long and has an elevation of 388 meters.
The trail consists of two "loops" of approximately 6 km (west) and 8 km (east), which are connected, giving a total route of 13.8 km.
Both loops of the trail are one-way in a clockwise direction. This is clearly marked with blue dots and signs. The connection between the two loops (about 400 m) is NOT one-way. This is necessary to link the two loops together as one long trail.
The forest is a remnant of the original forest that covered North Zealand, which has been allowed to remain undisturbed. The trail is laid out in such a way in the forest that potential conflicts with other forest visitors are minimized, and consideration has been given to the forest's wildlife and plants, as well as archaeological sites.
Always maintain a polite tone and be considerate of other forest visitors and mountain bike users.
