Tisvilde Forest

A 28 km long blue MTB route. The route is a combination of singletrack and riding on forest roads, and goes around most of Tisvilde Hegn with varying terrain.

The trail is one-way clockwise. This is marked with both blue dots and signs. The connection between the two loops is not one-way. Remember to consider other forest visitors and mountain bike users.

The trail can be divided into three sections that can be ridden individually:

• North Loop - The northernmost part of the trail. The trail is 12 km and has 260 meters of elevation.
• South Loop - The middle section of the route. The trail is 12 km and has 220 meters of elevation.
• Technical Trail heading towards Liseleje, at 7 km and with 80 meters of elevation.

You can start your bike ride at the parking lot on Nyvej, Bækkebrovej parking, or at the Tisvildeleje beach parking lot.
