The route is one-way and winds through 11.1 km of forest floor. The route consists of 83% "singletracks" and the rest of the route is on gravel forest roads. It is a moderately difficult route with a total elevation gain of 153 meters. Along the way, the route is marked with clear white directional arrows and MTB pictograms.
You can safely embark on the route from the start and finish area at the parking lot at Damvej in the northeastern part of the forest. Alternatively, the parking lot at Pamhulevej in the southern part of the forest can be used.
If you wish to organize a mountain bike race on the MTB route, this must first be agreed upon with HMIF - see www.hmif-mtb.dk.
If the agreement is in place, you must apply for permission through the Nature Agency's web booking: booking.n
