Kårup Skov is very hilly. Here you will find three trails that you can combine as you wish.
In the flattest part of the area, there is a 6 km long trail from which you can choose two detours up into the hills. One detour gives you an additional 6 km categorized as a red trail, and therefore technically challenging. The other is 3 km categorized as a black trail, where both "good legs" and good technique are required.
All three trails are narrow single tracks and the riding is one-way clockwise.
There are two smaller parking lots on Vindekilde Strandvej and one on Kårupvej.
