MTB route in Søndre Plantage

Syddjurs Municipality has, in collaboration with local MTB clubs, established a 13 km long MTB route in Sdr. Plantage south of Ebeltoft. The route can be shortened to about half via a shortcut on the route between posts 4 and 5 and post 14 (can be traveled in both directions - see map).



The construction costs have been covered by the EU project VER-DI, which supports the development of experiences in natural areas.



There is parking available at Søhusvej and Øervej. At Søhusvej, there are shelters and a fire house with a grill.



The route is marked with red markings. Difficult sections are marked with black markings, and easy detours are marked with green markings. (See the map).



On some marker posts, there will be a number that allows you to see where you are on the route. (See the map).



The trail is one-way (see the arrows on the map). The route is very narrow in several places, so it is important to respect the one-way direction.



In some areas of the route, small pictograms have been placed.
