Mountain biking in Klosterheden

The long MTB route of Klosterheden, approximately 50 km, takes you all around Klosterheden and offers an exciting and varied route. The route consists partly of gravel roads and partly of singletracks.

The route is one-way and must be ridden counter-clockwise. There are four so-called trailheads, but there is no actual starting point, so jump onto the route wherever it suits you.

It is possible to shorten the long route via the split at Saugmandsvej. Thus, you can ride the approximately 32 km long western part and the approximately 25 km long eastern part. At the split on Saugmandsvej, there is two-way traffic, and it will be signposted with 'long route', 'short route west', and 'short route east'.

The route is marked with blue triangles with a white "frame" and is classified as blue in difficulty, meaning it is suitable for most riders. Always follow these route markers rather than map material, as map material may be outdated.
