Welcome to Silkeborg Bikepark
The bike park is established by Silkeborg Municipality in collaboration with some of Europe’s best trail designers and builders.
You should be aware that the bike park is a facility that requires different equipment and skills than the MTB trails in the forest. Therefore, always follow the recommendations for equipment, technical level, and general behavior in the park, which you can read more about here on the sign. Also, read the instructions regarding "In case of an accident".
Have a great time!
FRIENDLY AND SAFE
You show consideration. You remember the dog waste, the ice cream wrappers, and the friendly nods on the go. You remember the little things that make nature a nice place to be. A place with high ceilings and space for everyone. For mushroom pickers, dog walkers, horse girls, bird watchers, mountain bikers, and those who go to the forest to enjoy the deep, quiet peace.
Being friendly by nature means looking up and seeing others.
That's how you are. Thank you for that.
• Riding in the bike park is at your own risk
• Only ride on the trails – not on the forest floor
• Always start on the easiest trail and only move on to the next level when you have mastered the easier one
• Do not ride on more difficult trails than your abilities allow
• Do not ride a trail before you have walked it through and assessed that it is within your abilities – Walk on the forest floor, NOT on the trail!
• See the picture for equipment – full-face helmet, back protector, and knee pads are recommended
• Only ride bikes that are designed for the bike park and are fully functional
• It is recommended that children ride under the supervision of adults
• Have fun!
