Welcome to Silkeborg Bikepark

The bike park has been established by Silkeborg Municipality in collaboration with some of Europe's best trail designers and builders.

You should be aware that the bike park is a facility that requires different equipment and skills than the MTB trails in the woods. Therefore, always follow the recommendations for equipment, technical level, and general conduct in the park, which you can read more about here on the sign. Also, read the instructions regarding "In case of an accident".

FRIENDLY AND SAFE

You are considerate. You remember to pick up after your dog, the ice cream wrapper, and the friendly nod while on the go. You remember the little things that make nature a nice place to be. A place with high ceilings and room for everyone. For mushroom collectors, dog walkers, equestrians, bird watchers, mountain bikers, and those who walk in the woods to enjoy the deep, quiet peace.

Being friendly by nature is about looking up and seeing others.

That's the way you are. Thank you for that.

• Only ride on the trails – do not ride on the forest floor

• Always start on the easiest trail and only move on to the next level when you master the easier one

• Do not ride trails that are beyond your abilities

• Do not ride a trail until you have walked it through and assess that it is within your abilities – Walk on the forest floor, NOT on the trail!

• See the image for equipment – full face helmet, back protector, and knee pads are recommended

• Only ride bikes that are intended for the bike park and are fully functional

• It is recommended that children ride under the supervision of adults
