Agri Bavnehøj, at 137 meters, is the highest point in the area, and there is a magnificent view from here. Follow the path to the top, where a sighting board has been placed with distances and names to prominent points in the landscape. The brick monument at the top has served as a measuring station and has been a reference point for the now phased-out coordinate system 34. The holes in the monument could be equipped with light sources so that the point could be seen from other nearby measuring stations.
One can continue through the characteristic grassland areas down to the village of Agri with one of Denmark's highest situated lakes.
