Hindemade

The 3.3 km path starts from the parking lot at Hindemadevej. The path runs along the forest roads and follows the bank along Hindemade.

The path passes the bird tower from which visitors have a good view over the water surface. Here, with a bit of luck, one might spot a sea eagle or a kingfisher if they have sharp eyes.

On the south side of Hindemade, there are several tables and benches where one can take a break or enjoy a packed lunch.

If you desire a longer and more challenging walk, you can choose the Heart path of 4.8 km:

The 4.8 km path connects to the short Heart path in the southeast corner of Hindemade. From here, the path runs along Hindemade and ends at the parking lot on Hindemadevej.

Along the way, you will be able to experience a rich bird life due to Hindemade's large water surface and undisturbed small islands.
