"The trail at Høgsgård and Hundskær is located approximately 8 km east of Lemvig. The marked route is about 2½ km long. For the sake of the cows, it is important to keep the dog on a leash. The trail is situated in the core area of the Project Agerhøne. It is a collaboration to improve living conditions for animals and birds in the modern agricultural landscape near Nr. Nissum and Gudum.
The participants include 32 landowners, volunteer nature lovers, hunters, dog sports enthusiasts, Lemvig Municipality, and HedeDanmark. During counts every spring and autumn, they register the number of partridges in the area for the benefit of the research at the Danish Environmental Investigations at Kalø."
