The route starts north up Møllevej towards the Water Tower.

There are signs with the Heart Association's logo and yellow arrows indicating the direction of the route.

After the Water Tower, down Farveristien to the Park. Then out to Skøjtesøen.

The route goes through the viaduct continuing to a marsh area, where an alternative route goes via Mejsevej, after which the signs point to Planetstien.

Back in town, past Coop and Sparekassen, along Danmarksstien, through Rema1000skoven home.
