The king's path is demanding and hilly. But with many beautiful views and varied nature. On the long king's path, you pass through the Waterworks Forest, past Cloostårnet, the Iron Age burial site at Donbæk, through the Bangsbo Valley and Bangsbo Deer Park. An incredibly beautiful and varied trip, but demanding. The route is named after the King's Hills near the Donbæk conservation area. The route features a mix of surfaces, from wide gravel paths to smaller trails. In wet periods, the stretch from Bangsbo Deer Park over the King's Hills to the Waterworks Forest can be wet.
