At Elling plantation, you will experience a very varied nature as the path goes through several different types of forests, over open meadows, and along the Elling River. The area is home to several interesting species such as otters, kingfishers, and red kites. You will find many nice spots for peace and contemplation, as well as places where you can enjoy your packed meal. Or sleep under the open sky at the shelter site, where you will also find a fire hut.
The route is easy and flat. The path is wide with gravel paving and suitable for various forms of exercise. It's easy with, for example, a stroller in most places. There are several opportunities to shorten the trip via connecting paths.
