The forest is a atmospheric and peaceful place with exciting nature. The route around is marked as 'yellow route' on the trees. The many ancient monuments with its burial mounds and stone graves make the landscape very distinctive. You can walk everywhere in the area. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash for the sake of the grazing sheep and other animals. Please be considerate and help preserve the ancient monuments when you are around them.
On the round trip in the forest, there is a picnic house with an exhibition about the ancient monuments. Here you will find picnic tables, a campfire site, and a toilet.
