The tour, which is 2 km long, starts from the parking lot by the dog forest and near Åhuset (Fasterholtvej 31, 7330 Brande). The route goes along wide forest paths in flat terrain.
It follows the Castenschioldt tour in its first half, but from the road fork in the south it returns in a northeast direction along Kidmosevej, east of Carstenschjolds Høj and through the plantation back to the parking lot.
