Ulkerup Forest is one of Odsherred's five "old" forests.
The yellow route passes many traces of life and work in the forest over time.

The route is accessible for people with disabilities except during thaw periods and when timber is being transported on the roads. People with mobility issues are advised not to go to points 4 and 9 but should instead follow the forest road. The route can be made shorter or longer by using the forest's dense road and path system.
