The Blue Lagoon is known for its clear water and beautiful surroundings, attracting both locals and visitors seeking a peaceful and scenic experience. You can easily explore the area by following the path that goes around the lagoon, where you can walk around the clay cliffs and search for fossils. On the east side of the harbor, you will find one of Denmark's most exciting raw material pits. Here, you might come across moraine clay and sand, but it is primarily the different layers of the clay that can be seen everywhere. The lagoon is located by Ejerslev Harbor, which is home to a number of local fishermen who set out from here to catch, among other things, herring, eel, and lobsters. Ejerslev Harbor has been around since 1911. Along the route, several benches have been placed.
