The path runs along the sibling ridge through alder swamp and tall beech forest, and further past an abandoned kieselguhr factory with deep raw material pits. A path leads from the gravel road to the old ferry landing 'Bi Lidt' by the lakeshore, with tables and benches and a view over Rands Fjord.
