Planetstien (Bollerstien)

A planetary trail, with a model of the Sun placed near Høegh Guldbergs Gade and the 8 planets positioned along the path with the outermost, Neptune, near the Fisher House by Boller Castle. The Sun, the planets, and the distances are scaled at a ratio of 1:1.5 billion.

On the trip, you can visit Boller Castle Park and the associated forest, which is a popular excursion destination (approximately 3 km from the start).

Boller Castle Park houses a larger plant collection, where you can study everything from fuchsias, roses, primroses, geraniums, and even a Japanese garden. The park is also known for its large, old trees. Here you can find an approximately 1000-year-old oak tree – it is one of Denmark's oldest!

Boller Castle is not open to the public, but you can visit the beautiful flower garden and hike along the forest path through the meltwater valley down to Boller Watermill (approximately 2.5 km).
