The cross route meets the local train line at the Vibehus stop, where all trains automatically stop. To the south, there is a bus connection to Hundested and Frederiksværk.
The cross route crosses the busy county road with a refuge in the middle of the road. There are many varied landscapes throughout the journey. The southern beginning/end of the route is high up on the picturesque and protected 'Klintebakken', where Halsninoen leads you further to and from Lynæs to the west or Halsnæs inland to the east.
