Starts from the rest area by Lerup Church. The route follows Fosdalen from top to bottom. Shortly after the start, you pass Our Lady's Spring, and from here you soon walk on one side, then on the other side of the stream. The return trip goes through thickets of oak and aspen. Here are beautiful views to the north and down into the steep side valleys of Fosdalen.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
