The Gran Route starts from the parking lot on Bjørnevej and is 2.7 km long. The route goes through relatively flat terrain through classic coniferous forest plantations, but in several places, you can see that they have been underplanted with Danish beech trees. Skive Municipality is in the process of converting the forest to a more mixed coniferous and deciduous forest.
