Gribskov, Mårum 2

The route is approximately 2.0 km long. It goes down to 2 dammed lakes, which are beautifully located in a varied deciduous forest. The route continues around an undisturbed area of the forest with a shallow bog.

Tinghussøen and Gantekrogssøen are both dammed lakes, situated in a hilly area with deciduous forest. Here, you have the opportunity to unobtrusively observe various waterfowl on the lake and hear the heron's cry as it flies low over the lakes. There is also a grill area by Tinghussøen.

The undisturbed forest offers mystery in the bog before the fog lifts; old beech trees in decay and new young trees emerging. Here, mushrooms sprout from the trunks, and the woodpecker's drumming echoes.

Kistrupgården's dikes can still be seen, despite the farm being dismantled as early as the beginning of the 1700s.
