Time’s Path – the church trail from Kildebjerg Ry to Dover Church connects the new housing area Kildebjerg Ry with the old church in Dover. Along the way, artworks that inspire reflection will appear in the landscape, and in this way, the experience will change over time. Time’s Path unites nature, culture, and landscape. With art as an essential element in the experience and communication, the path should allow space for thoughts – and with nourishment for the imagination and beautiful views, we might gain new perspectives on everyday life and the human experience. In the church, we can enjoy the tranquility of the space, and we can marvel at the thousand-year-old story that the church represents. Children need to go out into nature, move around, talk to each other, and become curious about the world. Therefore, the path Time’s Path should spark experiences and learning for both families with children and in school collaborations.
