Red Route. Mill Road / Little Raven Stream

The red route runs through the village of Ravnkilde heading north. The route follows a cycle and walking path and turns onto Møllevejen, which has previously been a much-used road for the region's farmers when they needed to take their horse-drawn wagons to Nørvad Mølle to have grain milled. Past the rectory, we reach a beautiful view over the river valley, where Lindenborg Å flows at the bottom. On the edge of the hill, there is a bench on the left side where one can sit and enjoy the view. The route now heads south past Kildegården and Lille Ravnkilde, as it is called. It is a spring that provides 15 – 20 liters of water per second, and which previously via a siphon helped supply water to the farms and the houses in the town. The surface of the route is asphalt and gravel road. It is considered moderately difficult due to some hills. It is not wheelchair accessible.
