The route starts at Hanstholm Lighthouse, from where there is a 100-meter stone dust path leading to the slope. Here you can enjoy the view over the Hanstholm Nature Reserve. The path continues 300 meters northeast on a stone dust path. After that, there is a 100-meter smooth gravel path until the trail turns onto stone dust.
There is an option to return to Hanstholm Lighthouse along the asphalt-covered Tårnvej.
