Østerådalen - Yellow route

Østerådalen is a captivating nature oasis that is incredibly close to the center of Aalborg, just 3 km away. This scenic area spans over 100 hectares and offers a wealth of birdlife with shallow lakes and wet meadows that are flooded by Østeråen during high water.

There is also the opportunity to cycle through the green landscapes, and dog owners can take their four-legged friends to the dog park in Østerådalen Nord.

An extensive network of paths and walkways allows for the discovery of the diverse nature with its richly varied animal and plant life. Anglers can enjoy the designated fishing areas, while bird lovers will be enchanted by the many different bird species that enrich the area with their presence.
