The route can be used as an independent little beautiful nature walk back and forth. Or it can be a detour from the Railway Path, which it connects to. One can also make a round trip, using the Railway Path as a connection into Thorsø. At the other end, one uses Søndergade as a connection. This will result in a round trip of just over 3 km.
