The Blue Clover Path follows the town's water from Hjørring center along the new winding watercourse through the Folk Park route to the rainwater basins in Bejts Vænge. From there, one follows Åstrup Møllebæk to Skt. Knudsby, before returning past the lakes in Skt. Knuds Kilde, where there used to be a holy spring and the chapel of St. Knud's Holy Cross. This route can be walked, run, or cycled. The surface of the route is of varying character, and parts of the year it can be wet. Therefore, in winter and spring, it may be a good idea to wear rubber boots or other sturdy footwear.
