The trail at Elmegården is located 15 km northwest of Haderslev. From the motorway, take exit 67, Haderslev Nord, and follow the signs towards Sommersted. Follow the signs in Sommersted towards the visitor farm, farm shop, and community house. There are bus connections to Sommersted.
The trail starts at Elmegården, where you can also park your car. There are four routes, all marked with colored triangles on posts. The yellow route is approximately 1.4 km, the white route is approximately 3 km, the red route is approximately 4.7 km, and the blue route is approximately 7.6 km. You can walk under the railway bridge at the endpoint of the blue route and continue to the path system in the wetland area at Mølby.
