On this trip, you will pass by Hvidkilde Lake, which with its rich bird life is a good place to spot different species all year round. The journey continues over the ridge at Egense, which stands out as a prominent hilly area in an otherwise flat landscape, making it a good viewpoint. You will pass through the residential neighborhoods of Kogtved and Strandhuse, past St. Jørgen's Church, under the Svendborg Sound Bridge before you reach the old, atmospheric market town of Svendborg.
