The yellow route in Ertebølle, which is also marked as a heart trail, is 6 km long. The journey takes you out into the open areas by the Limfjord, and further through areas with heath and forest.
In the nature area by the slopes down towards the Limfjord lived the last hunters and gatherers of the Stone Age. Today, Ertebølle is a small village, but the name Ertebølle is known because the village came to lend its name to an exciting period in Danish history – the Ertebølle culture.
Please note that there are signs in only one direction.
