Cross the old Esbjerg/Niebüll line and head west into the original village of Brede, where a few typical farmhouses still stand. Not the beautiful distinctive yellow property with a red roof, which was built by the lace merchant Jens Wulff at the time. He sold, among other things, lace to the Royal House and was one of the region's most influential citizens in the first half of the 19th century. On the barn's wall, you can see a plaque stating that the King visited Brede in both 1847 and 1920. Today, the farm is owned by Ecco.
On the journey, you will also pass the residential area of Vestervang and not least its shared playground before returning to the start.
