Hald - yellow route

The route starts at the parking lot of Gartnerhuset by Ørslevklostervej. At the monastery, you pass newly planted apple trees. There are old Danish apple varieties from Gl. Estrup. In addition, there is a vineyard and a hop garden. In the forest, you pass Snekken, where there is a shelter, eating area, and a compost toilet. From the forest, you continue along Ørslevklostervej towards Hald and come to the old blacksmith's shop with garden decorations. From here, you can take a small detour to the right up into the new Hald Folkeskov. over the Limfjord to Salling and Himmerland. On the way to Hald Holte, there is a picnic area, shelter, and toilet, where you are welcome to sit and enjoy the view. The route continues along Ørslevklostervej past Diana Lys, from where you follow Kertevej. About 150 m after passing the Christmas tree plantation, you turn right towards Bådsgårdvej. From Bådsgårdvej, you turn right heading north on the gravel road towards Hald Holte, from where there is a magnificent view. The route is marked with yellow arrows.
