The Smutturen (0.5 km round trip)

The Smuttur is an easily accessible and wheelchair-friendly route through heather, oak scrub, lingonberries, and blueberries, which is especially beautiful in late summer. The Smuttur is marked with yellow triangles.

Starting point: There is free parking without time restrictions at Dokkedalvej 102, 9560 Hadsund. Note that the parking lot may be uneven.

Experiences: The Smuttur is a 0.5 km long wheelchair-friendly loop with beautiful views over heather through a forest with many-stemmed, crooked trees like birch and oak, which have gained their fun appearance because the trunks have been repeatedly sawed down for timber, fences, and firewood. Laid stone dust and flat terrain make the Smuttur easily accessible and wheelchair-friendly. Quite close to the starting point is the Toftetårnet, which can be reached via the wheelchair-friendly path tunnel. From the tower, there are beautiful views over Lille Vildmose.
