Christiansminde Beach round trip

The walk on the asphalt path behind the beach offers great views over the strait as well as a beautiful glimpse of the two historic buildings Villa Tårnborg and Villa Svea. The buildings were constructed by the Weber family, who owned the area until the latter half of the 20th century, when the municipality took over large parts of it. Today, the area west of the forest appears as Svendborg's most beloved beach park with high activity. The area south of the forest, around the lakes, has a much wilder expression - and here you can find more peace.

Christiansminde beach is a lovely sandy beach with shallow water. The beach is good for families with children, who can also make use of the playground and other facilities available in the area. Behind the beach, there is a large area that includes a playground, mini-golf, ball games, catering options, toilets, showers, and parking. The beach is a great opportunity to take a break during your hike and perhaps relax.
