Trelde Næs is known as a place where you can find many fossils. The fossil route shows you the way to where you should search. Also, take a detour to the Trelde Næs Nature Center, where you can find an exhibition about fossils. Here you can learn more about the different types of fossils and see which ones can be found along the coast.
However, at high tide, we recommend going out to the tip of Trelde Næs to search for fossils.
